What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance web applications to deliver seamless experiences for millions of users.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate abstract product requirements and design wireframes into technically feasible, scalable user interfaces.
• Optimise web performance, improve Core Web Vitals, ensure SEO best practices, and manage complex state management or asynchronous data loading.
• Participate actively in sprint rituals, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement comprehensive unit and integration testing.
• Monitor frontend application health, troubleshoot complex client-side issues, and proactively refactor legacy UI codebases to reduce technical debt.

Who You Are & What You'll Bring

• You bring a minimum of 10 years of professional web development experience, with a proven track record of shipping and maintaining large-scale frontend applications in a production environment.
• You possess deep, hands-on proficiency in frontend programming languages and advanced CSS methodologies, with extensive experience leveraging React Native to build high-performance mobile UI components.
• You have strong fluency in asynchronous programming and extensive experience integrating frontend components smoothly with complex RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
• You are a self-motivated problem solver who takes true ownership of projects, allowing you to map out technical edge cases and drive UI features from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

What Makes You Stand Out

• You have production experience working in high-traffic environments, such as a large-scale e-commerce or Travel Tech ecosystem.
• You possess hands-on familiarity with advanced frontend patterns, including server-side rendering, optimization, micro-frontend architectures, or building automation and tooling solutions.
