岗位职责

  1. 增长系统设计与构建:负责设计和开发驱动用户增长的核心后端系统(包括但不限于:A/B 测试平台、智能推荐引擎、自动化裂变、优惠券/红包动态引擎、搭建精准触达 Push 系统),确保系统在数百万级日活下的高性能与高可用。
  2. 高并发营销支撑:针对东南亚各国节假日的大型营销活动(如大促、抢券、秒杀),进行系统架构的高并发、大流量优化与限流熔断设计,确保大促期间系统的绝对稳定。
  3. 数据驱动与快速迭代:与产品经理、数据分析师紧密配合,支持增长策略的快速实验与敏捷迭代。通过高效的埋点、数据集成与指标分析后端建设,加速实验周期的闭环。
  4. 跨团队协同:与跨国产品、运营及增长团队紧密合作,深度理解不同国家的用户行为差异,将复杂的增长业务场景转化为优雅、可持续的技术解决方案。
  5. 架构演进与前沿探索:持续优化现有业务流程,应用云原生、基础设施即代码(IaC)等前沿技术,构建高扩展、易维护的“实验型”系统架构,降低新功能上线的实验成本。

任职要求

  1. 基本学历:计算机科学或相关专业的学士学位及以上学历。
  2. 英语能力:具备优秀的英语听说读写能力,能作为工作语言与新加坡、雅加达等海外国际化团队无缝沟通,协同推进项目。
  3. 工作经验:8 年以上软件开发经验,2 年以上高并发/高可用系统架构设计经验。有电商、OTA、社交平台等“用户增长”、“营销活动”、“广告/推荐系统”或“数据平台”背景者优先
  4. 技术栈要求:精通 Java 及 Spring Boot 生态(或其它 JVM 体系),具备扎实的面向对象设计模式及高质量代码编写能力。
  5. 数据与中间件:熟练掌握 PostgreSQL/MySQL,具备丰富的底层优化经验;熟悉 Redis/Memcached 等缓存技术,以及大型消息队列(如 Kafka/RabbitMQ)在高并发增长场景下的应用。
  6. 加分项:具有 AWS 云服务、Docker/K8s 容器化、基础设施即代码(IaC)经验者优先;有大数据处理(Spark/Flink)或 A/B 测试系统开发经验者优先
  7. 业务自驱力:对数据敏感,具备强烈的增长黑客(Growth Hacking)意识,乐于看自己的代码直接转化为业务GMV、用户留存等核心指标的增长。


岗位福利:

Responsibilities

  • Design & Build Growth Infrastructure: Architect, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services driving user acquisition, referral, and retention (e.g., A/B testing platforms, coupon/voucher engines, referral systems, and personalized notification/push services).
  • Optimize for High-Traffic Campaigns: Own the system performance, scalability, and resilience during peak traffic seasons (e.g., mega-sales, flash deals) across Southeast Asia by implementing robust rate-limiting, caching, and circuit-breaking strategies.
  • Data-Driven Quick Iteration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists to support rapid growth experimentation. Build efficient data integration pipelines and tracking backends to accelerate the hypothesis-testing lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional product, marketing, and operations teams across multiple countries to translate complex business growth hacks into sustainable, scalable technical solutions.
  • Code & Architecture Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code. Participate in architectural discussions to continually reduce the engineering cost of running new user experiments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with international teams across different regions (Singapore, Jakarta, etc.).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or JVM-centric stacks.
  • Growth/Marketing Background Preferred: Direct experience in User Growth, E-commerce Campaigns, Ad-Tech, Recommendation Systems, or MarTech pipelines is highly preferred.
  • High-Concurrency Tech Stack: Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching layers (Redis). Solid experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) for handling asynchronous events.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure (preferably AWS), Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
  • Growth Mindset: Data-sensitive, outcome-oriented, and passionate about seeing how engineering efforts directly impact core business metrics like MAU, conversion rates, and ROI.
