算法路线图： 制定并执行跨核心业务支柱的长期机器学习/人工智能战略，包括：动态定价、搜索与个性化推荐、生成式 AI（GenAI）以及供需预测。
架构与创新： 作为架构师，评估并推动先进深度学习（如 Transformers、图神经网络 GNNs）和强化学习框架的落地，确保平台始终处于技术前沿。
基础设施治理： 监督可扩展、低延迟的分布式训练与推理流水线（如 Ray、PyTorch、DeepSpeed）的架构演进，以支持处理数百亿级实时点击流事件。。
跨职能协作： 与产品、工程和业务团队的负责人紧密合作，将机器学习路线图与公司高层战略目标相结合，将算法优势转化为总交易额（GBV）的持续增长。
营收与优化领导力： 推动部署尖端的强化学习和情境多臂老虎机（Contextual Bandit）系统，以优化实时定价、个性化打包组合及毛利管理。
因果评估框架： 建立严谨的组织级标准，涵盖多变量 A/B 测试、反事实推理（Counterfactual Reasoning）和算法安全护栏，从而精准衡量机器学习模型对转化率带来的真实因果效应。
