About the Team

The Business Analysis & Operations team ensures Traveloka runs efficiently across all business functions. We streamline processes, analyze performance, and implement operational strategies that enable teams to work smarter and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of risk policies and procedures across the full customer lifecycle — new-customer selection, portfolio management, and risk mitigation over the product lifetime.
• Track changes in business strategy and operational processes, assess their impact on credit performance, and propose and implement mitigating actions where needed.
• Support credit risk initiatives such as NPL forecasting and portfolio tightening/loosening — sizing the expected credit impact and helping shape the rollout.
• Regularly monitor and forecast key credit risk and portfolio indicators, and quickly flag any deterioration in credit performance.
• Analyze policy for improvement opportunities, and when credit performance deteriorates, investigate the root cause to keep the portfolio healthy.
• Work closely with the Product team to assess the risk of new initiatives with sufficient challenge, while recommending practical mitigation actions.
• Partner with other teams to manage risk-related projects, including third-party engagements, keeping the user journey and customer needs in mind.
• Contribute to sustainable business growth, balancing short-term results with the long-term health of the portfolio.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis — planned or ad hoc, independently or with the data team — to answer credit risk questions.
• Take an active role in ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analytics, portfolio management, and/or credit policy.
• Familiarity with credit risk initiatives such as NPL forecasting and policy tightening/loosening.
• Proven ability to build senior-level presentations and complex reports that stay clear and easy to follow.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong command of a statistical/analytical tool (e.g., SQL) or equivalent.
• Solid background in financial analysis and portfolio management, with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in credit scoring development.
• Experience with SLIK or credit bureau reporting is a plus.
• Self-starter who adapts to change, delivers on time, and is proactive, meticulous, and self-motivated.
