About the Role

Traveloka is seeking a Product Manager – Cross Sell for Pre-Booking & Nudges to help travellers discover and book relevant products and services throughout their trip journey across mobile and web platforms.

You will own two connected domains: Pre-Booking Cross Sell, which surfaces complementary offers during booking, and Cross Sell Nudges, which reconnects with travellers through timely, personalised communication before and after booking.

This is an independent individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of strategy, roadmap, and outcomes. You will bring clarity to a complex portfolio, balance commercial opportunities with customer relevance and trust, and partner with the Cross Sell Product Lead to shape the broader Cross Sell direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the strategy and prioritised roadmap for Pre-Booking Cross Sell and Nudges, translating ambiguous requests into clear customer problems and measurable product opportunities.
• Pre-Booking Experience Optimisation: Improve the decision logic and experiences that surface complementary products during booking, balancing offer relevance, commercial value, usability, and primary booking conversion.
• Cross Sell Nudges: Develop engagement across push notifications, email, WhatsApp, My Inbox, and in-app placements. Optimise audience selection, timing, sequencing, frequency, suppression, content, and destination experiences to support trip completion.
• End-to-End Execution: Lead discovery, prioritisation, product definition, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement in partnership with Engineering, Design, Data, Martech, Marketing, and other product verticals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish success metrics, instrumentation, A/B experiments, and customer experience guardrails to measure incremental impact and distinguish genuine improvements from traffic or attribution effects.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Innovation: Resolve dependencies, influence partners without formal authority, and contribute to broader Cross Sell priorities. Apply AI thoughtfully to improve research, analysis, prototyping, and communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with independent ownership of a meaningful consumer product, platform, or domain.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive initiatives from strategy through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Sound product judgment, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and long-term trust.
• Experience using customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering and Data partners on decision logic, instrumentation, dependencies, failure cases, and system trade-offs.
• Strong stakeholder management with demonstrated accountability for results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer technology, ecommerce, travel, marketplaces, fintech, or another large digital product environment.
• Background in cross sell, recommendations, personalisation, lifecycle engagement, or consumer growth.
• Familiarity with rules engines, decision systems, experimentation platforms, or multichannel communication.
• Experience across mobile app, mobile web, and desktop web within a matrix organisation.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar platforms.
