About the Team

The Accommodation team owns the hotel and property booking experience across Traveloka's eleven markets — from budget guesthouses in Bali to premium international chains in Bangkok and Singapore. We win by getting supply right destination by destination: the right property, at the right price, available every time a traveler searches.

This is the partnership and account-management engine behind that supply. You sit across the table from hotel owners and chains, turning conversations into competitive rates, exclusive inventory, and partnerships that grow. You will know your portfolio better than anyone — what each property needs, where we can win share, and how to make Traveloka the channel they bet on. About the Job

As a Chains Account Manager, you are responsible for managing chain partnerships with global hotel chains, driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring seamless connectivity performance across the portfolio.

You role is structured with a 70% focus on account management & commercial strategy, and a 30% focus on managing connectivity partners — making it ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen with operational understanding

• Own and manage relationships with global hotel chains.
• Scale Traveloka's connectivity ecosystem by managing Channel Managers and Switch providers to expand high-quality hotel supply coverage across key markets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, analyze performance metrics & provide actionable insights to hotel chains- act as the primary account lead for these chains.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with supply partners, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to drive successful integrations.
• Drive performance optimization of existing partners through a data-driven approach, focusing on key metrics such as supply coverage, ARI quality, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Planning aligned with partner and company objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, leading ongoing communication, issue resolution, and alignment on roadmap and performance improvements.

Job Requirements

• You have minimum 8 years experience working in sales, account management, market management, project management, or a travel technology company.
• You have OTA, travel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• You have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
• You have strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making processes.
