Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis for Insurance product and pricing strategy — from framing the right questions to delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design, run, analyze, and automate A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product changes, pricing hypotheses, and growth levers.
• Design LLM-compatible datamarts and semantic layers that serve both business reporting needs and downstream AI/LLM applications — then build the Tableau dashboards on top, ensuring a clean, scalable foundation from data model to insight delivery.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt within a robust, automated framework.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, business owners, and the broader Data team to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Explore and apply GenAI and LLM tools to improve the efficiency and depth of data workflows and customer insights.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a closely related field.
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, or other fast-moving consumer product businesses.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling, analysis, and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to architect dashboards from the datamart layer up — not just build on top of existing data.
• Solid understanding of experiment design and A/B testing methodology — from setup to statistical interpretation.
• Experience designing scalable data models, LLM-compatible semantic layers, and ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt.
• Strong first-principles thinking — comfortable breaking down ambiguous business problems and structuring them from scratch.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex analyses into narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable re-prioritizing as the business evolves.
• A genuine interest in GenAI and LLM applications in analytics — this is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
